Acusado de homicídios durante show em Piracicaba tem prisão preventiva decretada

A Polícia Civil pediu, nesta quinta-feira (12), a prisão preventiva do acusado de cometer dois homicídios durante um show sertanejo na cidade de Piracicaba (SP). O crime ocorreu no dia 20 de novembro do ano de 2022.

O show ocorria em um espaço próximo à Rodovia Margarida da Graças Martins (SP-135), no distrito Unileste. Conforme informações da polícia, uma briga teria ocorrido por volta da 1h30, durante a apresentação da dupla Hugo e Guilherme. Em meio ao tumulto, tiros atingiram Leonardo Victor Cardozo, de 25 anos, e Heloise Magalhães Capatto, de 23, que morreram no local. Na ocasião, também ficaram feridas mais três pessoas de 20, 21 e 27 anos de idade.

As investigações da Polícia Civil identificaram que o autor dos disparos foi um policial de 25 anos. O caso foi esclarecido e o autor do crime teve sua prisão temporária decretada no dia 22 de novembro de 2022.

A investigação prosseguiu com oitivas de testemunhas, vítimas e perícias, sendo concluída nesta quinta-feira (12), com prisão preventiva representada ao Poder Judiciário e ao Ministério Público.
