Procurado por homicídio é preso em Rio Claro

Um foragido da Justiça por crime de homicídio foi localizado e preso, na manhã desta terça-feira (10), no meio de um matagal do bairro Jardim Novo II, em Rio Claro (SP). Sua prisão foi um trabalho da Guarda Municipal (GCM).

A GCM informou que estava em patrulhamento pela Avenida 14, quando decidiu averiguar um barraco no meio de uma área verde, onde, costumeiramente, ocorre o tráfico de drogas. No local, um homem de 18 anos foi abordado.

Durante a abordagem, os guardas fizeram uma pesquisa aos seus antecedentes criminais, e tomaram conhecimento da existência de um mandado de prisão em seu desfavor, datado do dia 29 de novembro de 2022, por crime de homicídio.

Diante da situação, ele foi conduzido até a Central de Policial Judiciária (CPJ), onde ficou à disposição da Justiça.
