Indivíduo com mandado de prisão expedido em Leme é localizado

Nessa segunda-feira (12), um indivíduo que possuía um mandado de prisão por ameaça, expedido em Leme-SP, foi localizado pela PM no Centro Terminal Rodoviário, em Americana-SP.

Equipe da Polícia Militar (PM) dos soldados Ribeiro, Leonardo, Pontel e Medeiros durante patrulhamento pelo Centro Terminal Rodoviário, abordaram um indivíduo que, durante busca pessoal, nada de ilícito foi encontrado.

Porém, em pesquisa de dados foi constatado um mandado de prisão no Regime Aberto pelo crime de Ameaça previsto no Art 147 do código penal, expedido pelo foro de Leme-SP.

Diante dos fatos, foi dado voz de prisão ao indivíduo e conduzido a Central de Polícia Judiciária, onde a autoridade tomou conhecimento dos fatos e determinou que o mesmo deverá cumprir determinação judicial, sendo liberado.
