Corpo de homem é encontrado no Rio Piracicaba

O corpo de um homem foi encontrado dentro do Rio Piracicaba, em Piracicaba (SP), na manhã desta quarta-feira (12). A Polícia Civil investiga o caso e tenta identificar a vítima.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, uma testemunha viu o corpo enroscado em galhos e chamou a Guarda Municipal.

Os agentes e o Corpo de Bombeiros foram até o local na altura da Avenida Cruzeiro do Sul, no bairro Nova Piracicaba.

Os bombeiros retiraram o corpo da água e agora exames serão realizados pelo Instituto Médico Legal (IML) e Instituto de Criminalística (IC).

O caso foi registrado no 4° Distrito Policial (DP) de Piracicaba como morte suspeita e encontro de cadáver.
