Baep prende homem procurado por tráfico de drogas

Nessa quarta-feira (13), uma equipe do 10º Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia prendeu um homem que estava procurado por tráfico de drogas, no bairro Cruzeiro do Sul.

Durante patrulhamento de Ações Especiais de Polícia pelo bairro Cruzeiro do Sul, foi avistado um indivíduo de 27 anos em frente a sua residência, que causou suspeita.

Em abordagem e busca pessoal, nada de ilícito foi encontrado. Entretanto, após pesquisa criminal, foi confirmado que havia em seu desfavor um mandado de prisão expedido pela 2ª Vara Criminal da Comarca de Santa Bárbara d’Oeste/SP.

A condenação se tratava de 04 anos e 10 meses por tráfico de drogas. Foi então dado voz de prisão e o indivíduo foi conduzido ao plantão policial, onde preso.
