Motorista embriagado é detido dirigindo caminhão produto de estelionato

Na noite desta sexta-feira (13) um caminhoneiro foi detido após dirigir embriagado um caminho com queixa de estelionato, na Rodovia SP-107, em Artur Nogueira (SP).

Durante a Operação República um caminhão Ford ao perceber a presença a presença da Polícia Militar Rodoviária (PMR) apresentou nervosismo, vindo a “zig zaguear”, chamando a atenção da equipe.

O motorista foi detido, durante revista pessoal e veicular nada de ilícito localizado, porém em consulta via prodesp constou queixa do caminhão de estelionato.

Durante entrevista com o condutor do veiculo foi percebido que o mesmo apresentava sinais de embriaguez.

Os cabos Souza e Zoubaref encaminhou o caso ao Plantão Policial, onde o motorista foi liberado após a coleta de sangue e o veículo permaneceu apreendido.
