PF prende homem por armazenar fotos e vídeos de abuso sexual de crianças e adolescentes

A Polícia Federal cumpriu, nesta terça-feira (4/5), um mandado de busca e apreensão em face de suspeito de posse e compartilhamento de fotografias e vídeos envolvendo abuso sexual de crianças e adolescentes, residente em Americana.

O mandado de busca e apreensão foi expedido pela Justiça Federal de Americana e cumprido com todas cautelas devidas, apesar da pandemia causada pelo COVID-19.

Em razão do compartilhamento dos arquivos, o investigado foi preso em flagrante. Foram localizados mais de 300 arquivos de imagens pornográficas de crianças e adolescentes.

Ele responderá pelos crimes previstos nos artigos 241-A e/ou 241-B da Lei 8069/90 e, se condenado, poderá cumprir penas que variam de 1 a 4 anos de reclusão por armazenamento, somada a penas que variam de 3 a 6 anos, devido aos compartilhamentos.
