Motociclista é detido dirigindo embriagado em Americana

Na noite desta segunda-feira (14) um homem de 49 anos foi detido por embriaguez ao volante, no Jardim Bertoni, em Americana (SP) pela Ronda Ostensiva Municipal (Romu) da Guarda Municipal de Americana (GAMA).

Os agentes Siderlei, Nicolete e Marangoni, tentou abordar o condutor de uma motocicleta, porém ele não obedeceu a ordem de parada e começou o acompanhamento.

Pouco tempo depois entre as Ruas Um e Verona, a moto bateu lateralmente na viatura e o homem sofreu a queda e, na sequência, ele foi detido. O condutor apresentava sinais de embriaguez e uma equipe da Polícia Militar (PM) foi solicitada para a realização do teste do bafômetro, porém ele recusou.

O abordado também estava com a Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) vencida. O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde foi feito o exame alcoolemia em uma unidade de saúde.

O indivíduo prestou depoimento e foi liberado, já a moto permaneceu apreendida.
