Procurado pela justiça é preso em Artur Nogueira

Na tarde de segunda-feira (14/03), a Polícia Militar capturou um procurado pela justiça, na rodovia dos Agricultores em Artur Nogueira/SP.

Com informações de que um veículo FIAT/ Uno de cor Verde estaria transitando pela cidade e que o proprietário estaria procurado pela justiça, os militares iniciaram patrulhamento.

Por volta das 14h52, os militares avistaram o automóvel na rodovia dos Agricultores e realizaram a abordagem, não sendo encontrado nada de irregular no carro e nem com o motorista.

Na pesquisa criminal, constatou estar procurado pela justiça, devendo pensão alimentícia.

O rapaz de 50 anos foi apresentado à delegacia de Artur Nogueira ficando a disposição do delegado para apresentação em juízo.
