Indivíduo procurado é detido pela Polícia Militar

Um indivíduo procurado por crimes inseridos na Lei Maria da Penha foi detido pela Polícia Militar nessa quinta-feira (15), no cruzamento da Avenida da Saúde com Avenida Antônio Pinto Duarte.

Após receberam informações via rádio sobre um veículo modelo chevrolet Agile que estaria em ação criminosa, a equipe do cabo Caio e soldado Juliana iniciaram as buscas.

Quando estavam pela Avenida da Saúde com Avenida Antônio Pinto Duarte, localizaram o veículo mas nada de ilícito foi localizado em seu interior ou com o motorista.

Porém, após pesquisados os dados do condutor, foi constatado que o mesmo possuía um mandado de prisão em seu desfavor, por crimes inseridos na Lei Maria da Penha.

Diante dos fatos, o indivíduo foi conduzido a Delegacia de Polícia para elaboração dos feitos cartorários, e a autoridade policial decidiu pela prisão do mesmo.
