Filho adotivo descumpre medida protetiva e é preso

Nessa quarta-feira (13), um homem foi preso pela Guarda Civil Municipal após descumprir uma medida protetiva e entrar na residência de sua mãe adotiva. O caso aconteceu no bairro Jardim das Palmeiras, em Nova Odessa.

Guardas Civis Municipais Pereira e Galter acionados a comparecer na Rua Cabreuva, bairro Jardim das Palmeiras, onde a vítima havia informado que seu filho adotivo estava violando a medida protetiva que há contra ele, entrando em sua residência. 

Quando a equipe chegou, o homem estava parado em pé na calçada do lado oposto da casa, a cerca de 10 metros do portão.

Questionado, o mesmo disse que queria conversar com sua mãe. Ele então foi conduzido ao plantão policial, onde foi elaborado o Auto de Prisão em seu desfavor e permaneceu a disposição da justiça.
