Motorista morre carbonizado após acidente na SP-304

Um homem ainda não identificado morreu carbonizado na noite desta quarta-feira (15) em um acidente na Rodovia Luiz de Queiroz (SP-304), em Santa Bárbara d’Oeste.

A vítima conduzia um Volkswagen Golf quando perdeu o controle da direção na altura do quilômetro 133. O carro bateu em uma placa e logo depois em uma árvore. Com a colisão, o veículo pegou fogo.

O Corpo de Bombeiros atendeu a ocorrência e tentou controlar as chamas, mas o motorista morreu no local do acidente.

O corpo foi encaminhado para o Instituto Médico Legal (IML), em Americana (SP).

A Polícia Civil vai investigar as causas do acidente e óbito.
