Procurado por estupro de vulnerável é preso pelo BAEP em Americana

Um homem de 41 anos, procurado pela Justiça, pelo crime de estupro de vulnerável, foi preso na tarde desta terça-feira (17), no bairro Catharina Zanaga, em Americana (SP). A prisão foi realizada por volta das 14h pelo 10º Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (BAEP).

A equipe estava patrulhando na Rua Irineu Penteado e conseguiu localizar o criminoso. O mandado de prisão foi expedido pela 1ª Vara Criminal de Americana, onde condenou o homem por 12 anos de prisão.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde o foragido permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
