Foragido por estupro é preso pela PM em São Pedro

Um foragido da Justiça foi preso pela Polícia Militar (PM), no começo da noite desta quarta-feira (15), no bairro São Benedito, em São Pedro (SP). Ele era procurado por crime de estupro.

A PM estava em patrulhamento, quando avistou um veículo VW Gol de cor vermelha parado em frente a uma casa na Rua Olavo Bilac. A PM já sabia que o carro era de um procurado pela Justiça, os policiais desceram e abordaram o homem no quintal da casa.

Durante a abordagem, ficou constatado um mandado de prisão contra ele por crime de estupro, com pena de 11 anos e oito meses de prisão para se cumprir em regime fechado.

Ele foi detido e levado ao Plantão Policial de Piracicaba, onde ficou preso.
