Homem é baleado após tentar pegar arma de guarda municipal

Um homem de 32 anos foi baleado na mão e após tentar pegar a arma de um guarda civil municipal na noite deste sábado (19), por volta das 20h30, no bairro Jardim Brasília, em Americana (SP).

De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorrência, guardas municipais de Santa Bárbara d’ Oeste (SP) foram acionados para atender uma ocorrência de disparo de arma de fogo na Rua Joséfina Cechino Pântano.

No local foi constatado que um homem havia tentando tirar a arma de um colega de profissão e em legitima defesa realizou o disparo. O homem iria recebi R$ 700 para praticar o crime.

Após ser ferido, o mesmo foi encaminhado Hospital Municipal de Americana, onde segue internado. Já a mulher do indivíduo relatou que ele usa remédios controlados e tem surtos.

O caso foi registrado no Plantão Policial, onde foi registrado como resistência e lesão corporal.
