Deficiente auditivo é preso após furtar celular em estabelecimento na Estrada da Balsa

Um deficiente auditivo foi preso após furtar um aparelho celular na noite deste sábado (20), em Americana (SP). O caso aconteceu em um estabelecimento comercial, por volta das 22h26, na Estrada da Balsa.

De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), os policiais Cabo Luiz e Soldado R. Oliveira foram avisados via Centro de Operações da Polícia Militar (COPOM) de que havia um criminoso detido por populares na Rua do Tamanduateí.

A equipe foi até o local e logo foi informada de que o indivíduo havia furtado um celular. O mesmo estava bem agitado e agressivo, foi necessário o uso da força física e algemas.

Tratando-se de um deficiente auditivo foi necessário fazer contato com sua genitora para realizar a comunicação.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde o mesmo permaneceu preso após não pagar fiança.
