Procurado por receptação é preso pela PM no Praia Azul

Um homem procurado pela Justiça, foi preso na tarde desta segunda-feira (22), pela Polícia Militar (PM), no bairro Praia Azul, em Americana (SP).

O caso aconteceu quando os policiais Cabo Renata e Soldado Mauro estavam patrulhando próximo a orla do bairro. O militares visualizam um indivíduo em atitudes suspeitas e o mesmo ao ver a viatura seu percurso rapidamente, tentando evitar a abordagem.

O suspeito mesmo assim foi abordado no cruzamento das ruas Pará e Maranhão, ao ser pesquisado os antecedentes criminais constou que o mesmo estava sendo procurado pela Justiça pelo crime de receptação.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Policia Judiciária (CPJ), onde o homem prestou depoimento e foi transferido à Cadeia Pública de Sumaré (SP).
