Taxista de 70 anos morre após acidente na SP-306

Um taxista de 70 anos, identificado como Conrado Francisco de Andrade, morreu após um acidente entre carro e caminhão na noite desta segunda-feira (21), na Rodovia Comendador Américo Emilio Romi (SP-306), sentido Capivari, em Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP). Outras duas pessoas ficaram feridas.

De acordo com a Polícia Militar Rodoviária (PMR), o acidente envolveu um caminhão dos Correios e um táxi, que bateram de frente nas proximidades do bairro Conjunto Habitacional Roberto Romano.

O taxista ficou preso nas ferragens, não resistiu e morreu ainda no local.

O motorista do caminhão e o passageiro do táxi ficaram feridos. Eles foram levados ao PS (Pronto-Socorro) Edison Mano, em Santa Bárbara, onde receberam atendimento. Nenhum dos dois corre risco de morte.

A Polícia Técnica realizou a perícia e as circunstâncias do acidente serão apuradas pela Polícia Civil (PC). O corpo do taxista foi encaminhado para o Instituto Médico Legal (IML), em Americana.
