Procurado por roubo é preso na Rodovia SP 304

No fim de tarde dessa segunda-feira (22), um indivíduo que estava procurado por roubo foi preso pelo Tático Ostensivo Rodoviário (TOR), na rodovia SP 304 em Americana.

Durante patrulhamento pela Rodovia Luiz de Queiroz (SP 304), foi abordado um veículo Hyundai HB20 com dois indivíduos. Em busca pessoal e vistoria veicular, nada de ilícito foi localizado, porém foi constatado através de consulta, que o passageiro tinha em seu desfavor um mandado em aberto.

O indivíduo estava procurado pela justiça por incidência no artigo 157 do Código Penal (Roubo).
Encaminhado ao Plantão Policial de Americana/SP, onde a ocorrência foi registrada e o criminoso permaneceu preso.
