MÃE DENUNCIA ESTUPRO DE ADOLESCENTE APÓS DESCOBRIR O CASO ATRAVÉS DE ÁUDIOS NO WHATSAPP

Um homem foi detido por estupro de vulnerável na noite desta quarta-feira (22), em Americana (SP), após a mãe de uma adolescente de 12 anos, descobrir o caso através de áudios no aplicativo WhatsApp.

Segundo o boletim de ocorrência, a Polícia Militar (PM) foi acionada por volta das 23h23, até um imóvel no Parque da Liberdade e no local, os militares Cabo Luiz e Soldado Neemias, conversaram com a denunciante e mãe da vítima.

A mulher relatou ter recebido áudios via WhatsApp, onde a menor relatava atos libidinosos entre ela e o autor de 27 anos que é cunhado da vítima. Nas mensagens era exposto que uma das práticas teria ocorrido nesse mesmo dia.

A polícia conversou com os envolvidos e eles confirmaram o fato e foram conduzidos até a Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ).

A menor foi acompanhada pelo Conselho Tutelar e o acusado autuado em flagrante delito pelo crime de estupro de vulnerável, ficando preso à disposição da Justiça.
