Procurado por receptação é preso pelo 10º Baep em Piracicaba

Um homem procurado por crime de receptação foi preso por policiais militares do 10º Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (Baep), na noite desta quinta-feira (23), em Piracicaba (SP). O criminoso de 28 anos foi encontrado no bairro Santa Rosa.

O 10º Baep fazia patrulhamento pelo bairro Santa Rosa, quando na Rua Mário Thomazi, abordou o suspeito. Após consulta aos sistemas de inteligência da Polícia Militar, ficou constatado contra ele um mandado de prisão expedido pela 2ª Vara Criminal de Piracicaba. Ele foi condenado a um ano, quatro meses e 10 dias de reclusão, em regime fechado por crime de receptação.

Por conta disso, ele foi conduzido ao Plantão Policial de Piracicaba, onde ficou preso à disposição da Justiça.
