Pescadores são detidos usando redes ilegais na Estrada Municipal Alvin Biasi

No último domingo (22) dois pescadores foram detidos com cinco redes de malhas proibidas, por volta das 11h17, na Estrada Municipal Alvin Biasi, em Americana (SP).

A Guarda Municipal de Americana (GAMA) estava patrulhando pelo local quando avistaram dois pescadores usando redes de malhas ilegais, sendo que duas foram retiradas da represa com vários peixes presos e mortos.

A dupla foi abordada e durante revista pessoal foram localizadas um armamento artesanal com munições, bem como uma caixa térmica com inúmeros peixes. O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde as partes foram ouvidas e liberadas.

A equipe relatou que também foram apreendidas no local armadilhas para peixes e esconderijos para esconder materiais ilícitos.
