Adolescente é apreendido após tentar matar pai a facadas

Na noite desta quarta-feira (24) um adolescente de 15 anos foi apreendido após tentar matar o próprio pai a facadas, no Conjunto Habitacional Portugal, no Jardim Novo Ângulo, em Hortolândia (SP).

De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorrência, durante uma discussão o adolescente se armou com uma faca e partiu para cima do pai, afirmando que iria matá-lo. A vítima para se defender pegou um garfo e acertou a costela do menor.

A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) com a equipe de Ronda Ostensiva Municipal (ROMU) compareceu ao local e apreendeu o adolescente.

O Conselho tutelar foi chamado para acompanhar o caso e assegurar a integridade do adolescente de acordo com o estatuto da criança e adolescente.

Após o registro do Boletim de Ocorrência o adolescente foi encaminhado pelo Conselho tutelar ao um abrigo.

O menor ainda passará por uma audiência diante do juiz da vara da juventude.
