Motociclista tenta fugir da GCM mas é detido

Na manhã desse domingo (25), um motociclista foi detido na Avenida Nicolau João Abdala, após ultrapassar sinais vermelhos e dirigir na contra mão para fugir da GCM.

Em patrulhamento pela rua Washington Luiz, os Guardas Civis Municipais (GCMs) Aguilera e Ivanilse se depararam com uma motocicleta fazendo malabarismo na via e, ao perceber a viatura, empregou fuga, passando por vários sinais vermelhos em alta velocidade e na contra mão de direção.

Os semáforos da Rua candido cruz, 7 de setembro, Antônio lobo e Rua Carioba foram avançados, além de ter dirigido na contra mão de direção nas Avenidas Antônio lobo e São Jerônimo, o mesmo subiu o viaduto Ralph Biasi sentido Av. bandeirantes e Carioba.

A abordagem foi feita com apoio de uma equipe da Policia Militar na av Nicolau João  Abdala, próximo ao Centro de Detenção Provisória. Nada de ilícito foi indentificar o com o condutor, de 20 anos de idade.

A motocicleta foi recolhida ao pátio municipal e o condutor apresentado a Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ) por desobediência e liberado em seguida. O indivíduo recebeu diversas multas de trânsito.
