Mãe envia balas de maconha via Sedex para detento do CDP de Americana

Agentes penitenciários encontraram droga em uma correspondência enviada por Sedex a um preso do Centro de Detenção Provisória (CDP) de Americana (SP), nesta segunda-feira (24). Segundo a Secretaria da Administração Penitenciária (SAP), a droga foi enviada pela mãe do preso.

De acordo com a pasta, a mulher enviou 49 balas de maconha. Os agentes encontraram o material durante a revista das correspondências.

O preso foi isolado preventivamente para procedimento disciplinar. A SAP registrou o caso na unidade de Polícia Civil e vai apurar a responsabilidade da familiar.
