DIG de Americana apreende procurado por homicídio

O indivíduo procurado por homicídio foi detido nessa segunda-feira (24), pela DIG de Americana, no bairro Cidade Jardim I.

Durante esta segunda-feira, A DIG (Delegacia de Investigações Gerais) tentava dar cumprimento a um Mandado de Prisão, expedido pela Vara do Juri da Comarca de Americana.

Tal mandado foi concedido após uma investigação desenvolvida por policiais da DIG, que acabou apontando um indivíduo como provável autor dos disparos de arma de fogo que vitimaram André Costa e Silva em 02/08/2020 no bairro Cidade Jardim.

Naquela data, após uma discussão por volta das 02h50min, o procurado teria voltado ao local da desavença com seu veículo Ford Fiesta Branco e efetuado os disparos contra André.

Então, hoje às 14h30min, após diversas diligencias dos investigadores, contando também com o apoio do setor de inteligência da Guarda Municipal de Americana, o indivíduo foi localizado e preso na Rua das Bromélias.

Assim, após adotadas as medidas de Polícia Judiciária, o capturado foi submetido a exame cautelar e escoltado à Cadeia Pública de Sumaré onde ficará à disposição da justiça.
