Homem que sofreu queimaduras em fábrica de salgados morre no Hospital da Unicamp

Nesta segunda-feira (25) morreu no Hospital de Clínicas da Unicamp o homem de 60 anos que sofreu queimaduras em uma fábrica de salgados em Hortolândia (SP) na sexta-feira (22) após um vazamento de gás.

A informação do óbito foi divulgada pelo Hospital das Clínicas (HC) da Unicamp, em Campinas (SP), onde ele estava internado desde então.

O acidente aconteceu durante troca dos vasilhames, houve um vazamento de gás que culminou em uma explosão no lugar onde funcionava a empresa de alimentos. Outras seis pessoas estavam na fábrica, mas não ficaram feridas.

Na ocasião, o homem sofreu queimaduras pelo corpo. Ele chegou a ser socorrido, com o apoio do helicóptero Águia da Polícia Militar, e foi encaminhado para HC. Nesta segunda, no entanto, não resistiu aos ferimentos e veio a óbito.
