Ciclista morre após ser atropelado em alça de acesso da SP-304 em Santa Bárbara

Um ciclista morreu após ser atropelado na noite desta quarta-feira (25) em uma alça de acesso da rodovia Luiz de Queiroz (SP-304), em Santa Bárbara D’Oeste.

Segundo informações da Polícia Militar Rodoviária, que atendeu a ocorrência, a vítima identificada como José Antonio Rodrigues, de 65 anos, foi atingido pelo motorista de um carro, um homem de 43 anos, ao atravessar a alça de acesso no quilômetro 136 sentido Americana.

A vítima foi socorrida por homens do corpo de bombeiros e encaminhada para o Hospital Municipal Doutor Afonso Ramos, no entanto não resistiu e faleceu após dar entrada na unidade. O motorista foi ouvido e liberado e o caso registrado no plantão policial de Santa Bárbara, onde será investigado.

Peritos da Polícia técnico científica estiveram no local realizando a perícia, que deve apontar as causas do atropelamento.
