Homem é preso após desrespeitar medida protetiva em Piracicaba

Um homem foi preso pela Patrulha Maria da Penha da Guarda Municipal (GCM) após desrespeitar uma medida protetiva e invadir a casa de sua ex-companheira, no último sábado (25), no bairro Itapuã, em Piracicaba (SP).

A viatura 97 da Patrulha Maria da Penha informou que estava em ronda pela cidade, quando foi acionada pela Central de Operações (COP) para atender a ocorrência de descumprimento de medida protetiva no bairro Itapuã.

No local, ficou constatado que o agressor invadiu a casa da vítima para retirar os pertences dele enquanto ela dormia. Ao perceber o que ocorria, a vítima conseguiu sair da residência e acionar a Guarda Municipal. O homem foi detido ainda no local e confessou saber da medida protetiva.

Ambos foram levados ao Plantão Policial de Piracicaba, onde o homem ficou preso em flagrante pelo descumprimento de medida.
