PF deflagra operação para apurar crimes de falsidade e exercício irregular da profissão de odontólogo

A Polícia Federal deflagrou, na manhã desta sexta-feira (27), a Operação Tiradentes com o objetivo de aprofundar investigação de crimes relacionados a falsidade de documentos e exercício irregular da profissão de odontólogo na cidade de Santos, litoral do estado de São Paulo.

A investigação, iniciada a partir de denúncias realizadas pelo Conselho Regional de Odontologia (CRO), revelou indícios de apresentação de documentos falsos perante o órgão. Durante a investigação, a Polícia Federal constatou falsificações no ato de registro perante o órgão de classe, sediado em Campinas (SP), local do crime de falsidade, além do exercício irregular de odontólogo na cidade de Santos (SP).

Na data de hoje (27), policiais federais deram cumprimento a três mandados de busca e apreensão expedidos pela 9ª Vara Federal de Campinas (SP) na cidade de Santos (SP) em endereços de pessoas físicas e jurídicas ligadas ao investigado, além do cumprimento de medida judicial de suspensão das atividades da clínica em que o suposto odontólogo estaria atendendo.
