Homem é flagrado transportando cigarros contrabandeados

A Polícia Rodoviária flagrou um motorista que transportava cigarros contrabandeados na Rodovia Santos Dumont (SP-075), em Indaiatuba (SP), na tarde desta segunda-feira (27).

De acordo com a polícia, a abordagem aconteceu por volta das 17h30, na altura do quilômetro 58. A equipe flagrou o carro parado no local com o motorista do lado de fora.

Na abordagem, a equipe não encontrou nada ilegal com o homem, mas a pesquisa de antecedentes revelou uma passagem por tráfico.

Logo em seguida, os policiais decidiram checar o veículo e descobriram que ele estava carregado com 336 maços de cigarros diversos. Os produtos não tinham nota fiscal.

O condutor alegou ter feito a compra no Mercado Municipal em Campinas (SP). Ele foi levado para a delegacia para o registro da ocorrência.
