Cachorro de ex-casal vira caso de polícia em Rio Claro

Uma mulher foi detida ao tentar se aproximar do ex-marido na madrugada desta quinta-feira (27), no bairro Recanto Paraíso em Rio Claro (SP). Ela não quis se identificar aos policiais e foi levada até à delegacia.

A Polícia Militar (PM) foi acionada pelo ex-marido, que aguardava na portaria do prédio. Segundo ele, a ex-companheira foi ao apartamento, mesmo contra a vontade dele, para ver o cachorro que o casal teria adotado antes do término do relacionamento.

Ainda segundo o boletim de ocorrência, o homem informou que a ex possui medida protetiva contra ele e que, constantemente, ela o incomoda e invade o condomínio com a desculpa de ver o cão.

A mulher se negou a se identificar para os PMs e por isso foi levada para à delegacia. O caso foi apresentado na Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM) e o ex-casal, foi ouvido e liberado.
