Homem é preso após furtar cerca de 25 kg de cabos elétricos em Piracicaba

Um homem de 34 anos foi preso pela Ronda Ostensiva Municipal (Romu), na noite desta quinta-feira (26), após furtar cerca de 25 kg de cabos elétricos, em Piracicaba (SP). Ele vai responder em liberdade.

A Romu estava em patrulhamento pelo Centro da cidade, quando, na Rua do Rosário, flagrou o homem de 34 anos carregando com bastante dificuldade um saco plástico contendo alguns objetos. Ele foi imediatamente abordado.

Dentro do saco, os guardas encontraram cerca de 25 kg de cabos elétricos, de diversas medidas, seccionados de maneira incomum. Durante a abordagem, o homem confessou que havia acabado de subtrair os fios de um imóvel em reforma situado naquela mesma rua, mediante escalada, indicando o local exato do furto.

Ele foi preso em flagrante por furto qualificado e conduzido ao Plantão Policial. Ele irá responder em liberdade.
