Adolescente procurado pela Justiça é apreendido em Piracicaba

Um adolescente de 17 anos, procurado pela Justiça por atos infracionais de roubo e tráfico, foi localizado e apreendido pela Guarda Municipal, na tarde desta terça-feira (28), no bairro da Pauliceia, em Piracicaba (SP).

A Ronda Ostensiva Municipal (Romu) estava em patrulhamento preventivo pela cidade, quando chegou ao conhecimento da equipe um mandado de busca e apreensão expedido contra o adolescente. Os guardas foram até a casa em que ele mora, na Rua Virgílio Furlan, e o detiveram.

Segundo o apurado, há contra ele diversos registros de atos infracionais de roubo e tráfico, sendo determinado pelo Poder judiciário, nesta ocasião, a medida socioeducativa de internação em seu desfavor.

O adolescente foi conduzido ao Plantão Policial de Piracicaba e permaneceu recolhido à disposição da justiça.
