LATERAL DO INDEPENDENTE DE LIMEIRA MORRE ELETROCUTADO EM ACIDENTE COM PIPA

O jovem lateral-esquerdo Kaio Felipe Santos Silva, do Independente de Limeira, faleceu na tarde desta terça-feira (28), em São Paulo, após sofrer uma descarga elétrica. Ele estava empinando pipa e atingiu uma fiação aérea.

Revelado pela Internacional de Limeira, o atleta de 21 anos foi promovido ao profissional em 2017 e jogou a Segunda Divisão do Campeonato Paulista de 2019 pelo Independente. Foram 22 jogos e seis gols. Ele também acumula passagem pelo CSP, da Paraíba.

Pelas redes sociais, o Independente lamentou a tragédia e decretou luto oficial. “É com sentimento de pesar que o Independente Futebol Clube, comunica o falecimento do jogador Kaio Felipe, externamos à família e amigos sinceras condolências”, escreveu.

A Inter de Limeira também prestou homenagem ao lateral. “A A. A. Internacional se solidariza aos familiares e amigos neste momento de tristeza. Nossos sentimentos”, declarou.
