Jogos de azar são encontrados em Bar na Avenida Paschoal Ardito

Nessa quinta-feira (29), a Guarda Municipal encontrou jogos de azar em máquinas de um bar na Avenida Paschoal Ardito.

Equipe do inspetor Fausto e Guarda Civil Belarmino compareceram a um bar comercial na Avenida Paschoal Ardito, a fim de fiscalizar aglomeração por conta da atual pandemia.

No local, compareceram também outros agentes e a perícia técnica, pois foi constatado jogos de azar nas três máquinas do bar. Foram apreendidos R$19,00 em uma das máquinas e R$9,00 na outra.

Os noteiros das três máquinas foram retirados e destruídos no estabelecimento, além de apreendidos pen drives e cartões de memória.

O proprietário do bar foi conduzido a Unidade Policial, onde usou o seu direito de permanecer em silêncio e se manifestar apenas em juízo. Além disso, as máquinas foram apreendidas e devolvidas, que se responsabilizou por guardá-las.
