Grupo de Proteção Ambiental resgata ave ferida no Jardim Bertoni

O Grupo de Proteção Ambiental (GPA) de Americana resgatou nesta terça-feira (30) uma ave ferida na Avenida Roma, no bairro Jardim Bertoni.

Os agentes Maciel e Benício estavam patrulhando quando foram informados por populares que uma suposta ave estava ferida.

Os guardas municipais constataram que se tratava de uma ave de rapina, um Gavião Carcará, animal adulto, com saúde visivelmente debilitada, que não conseguia voar e muito vulnerável aos predadores.

A ave apresentava um ferimento na parte de baixo do seu corpo, inclusive o ferimento estava exalando mau cheiro.

O animal foi recolhido e conduzido ao Parque Ecológico de Americana, onde permaneceu para ser medicada pelo veterinário responsável.
