Homem acaba preso após invadir residência da mãe e descumprir medida protetiva

A Polícia Militar (PM) de Americana prendeu na manhã desta terça-feira (30) um homem descontrolado que descumpriu uma medida protetiva contra a mãe. O caso aconteceu por volta das 07h24, no bairro Jardim América.

Os soldados Ramos e Mike foram informados via Centro de Operações da Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo (COPOM) que havia uma ocorrência de desinteligência na Rua Luiz Fornazeiro.

No local, a mulher informou que seu filho, usuário de drogas, chegou em sua residência muito alterado, já havia quebrado alguns objetos e descumpriu a medida protetiva contra ela.

O criminoso foi detido e encaminhado à Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM), onde após prestar depoimento permaneceu preso.
