Foragido da Justiça é preso na área rural de Piracicaba

Um homem de 50 anos, foragido da Justiça por não pagamento de pensão, foi preso pela Guarda Municipal de Piracicaba (SP), na tarde desta quinta-feira (30). Ele foi localizado no bairro Anhumas.

A Guarda Municipal fazia patrulhamento pelo bairro Anhumas, quando encontrou o foragido. Ao notar a presença da corporação, o homem ficou bastante nervoso, razão pela qual uma abordagem foi realizada.

Com ele, nada de ilegal foi encontrado; contudo, após pesquisa aos sistemas policiais, ficou constatado um mandado de prisão em seu desfavor por não pagamento de pensão.

O homem foi detido e levado à Unidade de Polícia Judiciária (UPJ), onde ficou preso.
