Celular furtado de Cosmópolis é encontrado em outra região

Na terça-feira (29) um motoboy de Araçatuba (SP) foi preso por estar com um celular com queixa de furto pela cidade de Cosmópolis (SP).

O motoboy de 28 anos foi abordado na manha de terça pela Polícia Rodoviária na rodovia Elyeses Montenegro Magalhães (SP-463) no trecho entre as cidade de Santo Antônio do Aracanguá (SP) na região de Araçatuba. O rapaz teria ficado nervoso ao presenciar a viatura por isso foi abordado.

Na abordagem a principio nada foi encontrado, porém o celular do rapaz ao ser pesquisado pelo banco de dados criminal constou ser produto de furto pela cidade de Cosmópolis (SP), informado o suspeito disse ter comprado o aparelho telefônico na cidade que consta o furto, pelo valor de R$400. O delegado fez a apreensão do aparelho celular para devolver ao proprietário cosmopolense e o motoboy foi liberado.
