Um foragido acusado de cometer estupro de vulnerável, foi preso por policiais do 10º Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (Baep), na noite desta segunda-feira (30), em Rafard (SP). 

O 10º Baep fazia patrulhamento pela área central de Rafard, quando na Avenida Armando Salles de Oliveira, abordou o homem de 47 anos.

Por meio de pesquisa aos Sistemas Inteligentes da Polícia, a polícia descobriu um mandado de prisão. 

Ele foi detido e conduzido ao Plantão Policial de Piracicaba, onde ficou preso à disposição da Justiça.
