BAEP prende procurado por roubo no Jardim Mollon

Na tarde dessa segunda-feira (30), um indivíduo procurado por roubo foi preso pelo 10° Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (BAEP), no bairro Jardim Mollon em Santa Bárbara d’Oeste.

Durante patrulhamento de Ações Especiais de Polícia, os agentes perceberam um indivíduo em atitude suspeita na Rua Ósmio, bairro Jardim Mollon.

Abordado, com o homem de 37 anos nada de ilícito foi encontrado. Após pesquisa de dados, foi constatado um mandado de prisão por roubo em seu desfavor, expedido em 25/05/2021 pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo, com pena de cinco anos e quatro meses no regime inicial semi aberto.

Diante dos fatos, o indivíduo foi conduzido até ao Plantão Policial de Santa Bárbara d’Oeste, permanecendo preso a disposição da justiça.
