PF prende 165 foragidos por crimes sexuais e fraudes na Operação Muros de Jerusalém

A Polícia Federal deflagrou na manhã desta sexta-feira (28), a fase ostensiva da Operação Muros de Jerusalém. A ação tem o objetivo de dar cumprimento à mandados de prisão e recaptura de foragidos da Justiça envolvidos em crimes sexuais contra crianças e adolescentes, além de fraudes.

A operação teve início em 28 de maio de 2023, abrangendo todos os estados brasileiros.  Ao todo, a polícia cumpriu 88 mandados de prisão contra estelionatários e 77 mandados de prisão relacionados a crimes sexuais contra crianças e adolescentes. Até o momento, aconteceram 165 capturas.

As ações contam com o apoio de outras forças de segurança dos estados, que auxiliaram na execução das prisões.
