Um homem de 38 anos foi assassinado a tiros na frente da esposa e filhos no bairro Jardim Cidade Singer, em Campinas (SP), na noite deste domingo (6). A família estava no carro quando os bandidos chegaram e atiraram na vítima identificado como Rafael de Oliveira.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, a família chegou em casa em um veículo por volta das 19h e estacionou em frente ao local. Nesse momento, cinco criminosos saíram de um Fiat Uno que também estava na rua e começaram a atirar contra Rafael.

No carro da vítima, também estavam a esposa dele e seus três filhos que presenciaram o crime. Rafael foi atingido na barriga e morreu no local.

A perícia da Polícia Científica encontrou 10 estojos de munições e dois projéteis. A Polícia Civil pediu exame necroscópico no corpo da vítima.

O caso foi registrado como homicídio na 2ª Delegacia Seccional de Campinas.
