Uma loja têxtil no Centro de Americana (SP) ficou parcialmente destruída por um incêndio, na noite desta segunda-feira (11). A suspeita inicial é de que um curto-circuito tenha dado início as chamas.

O Corpo de Bombeiros atendeu a ocorrência por volta das 19h30, no estabelecimento situado na Rua Carioba.

Não houve feridos, mas praticamente metade do prédio foi consumido pelas chamas.

A Defesa Civil interditou o imóvel e apurou que um problema elétrico pode ter dado início ao incêndio.  A equipe deve realizar a perícia no local para avaliar os danos, nesta terça-feira (12).
