GCM de Vinhedo intensifica fiscalização para identificar pichadores

A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Vinhedo (SP) tem intensificado a fiscalização para identificar pichadores noturnos que agem no município. Somente neste ano, os agentes já autuaram seis pessoas na prática ilegal de pichação.

De acordo com o Artigo 161 do Código de Postura do Município de Vinhedo, é proibido o pichamento de casas, muros e placas. A multa prevista é de R$9.970,50, equivalente a 50 Unidades Fiscais do Município de Vinhedo.

Autuações

Em abril, a GCM abordou três indivíduos no Centro da cidade, sendo dois maiores de idade e um menor. Além dos equipamentos utilizados para pichação, o trio estava com uma porção de maconha e dois dichavadores.

A equipe apreendeu o material e comunicou o caso na Delegacia de Polícia. O responsável pelo menor compareceu e foi autuado de acordo com o Código de Postura do Município, assim como os dois maiores de idade.

Já em março, os guardas flagraram três adolescentes pichando no interior do Parque Municipal. Eles estavam com uma bisnaga de tinta e duas latas de tinta em spray.

Após a apreensão, a autoridade policial multou os responsáveis pelos adolescentes.
