Homem é flagrado em moto roubada na Rodovia dos Bandeirantes

A Polícia Rodoviária flagrou um homem em uma moto roubada na Rodovia dos Bandeirantes (SP-348), em Campinas (SP), na madrugada deste domingo (22).

De acordo com a polícia, a abordagem aconteceu por volta das 4h30, na altura do km 87, quando agentes viram uma moto transitando sem placa.

Durante a busca pessoal, os policiais não encontraram nada ilícito. No entanto, após consulta do chassi da moto, modelo Yamaha/XTZ 250 Tenere, foi constatada uma queixa de roubo registrada na quarta-feira (18), também em Campinas.

Diante dos fatos, a equipe deu voz de prisão em flagrante delito por crime de receptação e a ocorrência encaminhada a 2ª Delegacia Seccional da cidade para medidas cartorárias.
