Guarda Municipal apreende moto adulterada em Santa Bárbara

A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP) apreendeu uma moto nesta terça-feira (23). O veículo estava com uma placa caseira e os sinais de identificação adulterados. O condutor foi detido.

De acordo com a Guarda, a abordagem ocorreu, por volta das 14h, na Rua do Ósmio. Além do emplacamento estar irregular, os agentes constataram que os sinais de identificação da moto também estavam adulterados.

O condutor alegou que adquiriu o veículo em um leilão e sabia que não poderia circular com ele em via pública.

A equipe encaminhou o condutor e a moto ao 2º Distrito Policial de Santa Bárbara, onde permaneceu à disposição da Justiça. A moto também ficou apreendida.
