Guarda Civil de Vinhedo realiza fiscalização com teste do bafômetro

A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Vinhedo (SP) realizou uma operação de fiscalização com testes de bafômetro (etilômetro), nesta quinta-feira (24). A operação foi realizada na Avenida Apparecida Tellau Seraphim, ao lado do Portal.

A ação marcou a finalização do curso de capacitação às novas competências da GCM com a atualização da legislação de trânsito.

A operação contou com a participação de cerca de 35 guardas dos municípios de Vinhedo, Valinhos, Louveira e Itatiba.

Durante a fiscalização, a GCM abordou aproximadamente 60 veículos e registrou três autos de infração.

Nova legislação do trânsito

Desde o início de agosto, os guardas civis de Vinhedo receberam aulas de capacitação, se adequando à nova legislação de trânsito, com a coordenação da Polícia Militar Rodoviária.

De acordo com a Lei Federal nº 14.599/23, a fiscalização de embriaguez de condutores passa a ser uma das novas competências da GCM.

Durante as aulas, os guardas receberam instruções de legislação, preenchimento de auto de infração e conhecimento prático operacional. Participaram dos treinamentos todos os inspetores e subinspetores da GCM, com comando, subcomando e alguns guardas do comando de Valinhos.
