Autor de homicídio em Americana se entrega à polícia

O autor de um homicídio ocorrido na região central de Americana (SP) se entregou à Polícia Civil, nesta quarta-feira (27). O crime aconteceu na noite do dia 16 de setembro, quando João Vitor Santana Guedes, de 25 anos, morreu após ser esfaqueado.

De acordo com a polícia, três dias após o crime, os investigadores do 4º Distrito Policial (DP), Marcos Mela e Walker Frônio, identificaram o autor de 41 anos.

Eles também apuraram que a motivação do homicídio teria sido um desentendimento sobre uma negociação de fios de cobre.

Após o esclarecimento do caso, o delegado Filipe Carvalho solicitou ao poder judiciário a prisão temporária por 30 dias do criminoso.

Já nesta quarta-feira, o mandado de prisão foi cumprido e o acusado foi transferido para a Cadeia Pública de Sumaré (SP).
